Refund and Returns Policy

At Zelion, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may be eligible for a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The return request is initiated within [7] days of receiving the product.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order ID, invoice, etc.) is provided.

Please note:

  • Some items may be non-returnable (see Section 5 below).

  • Customized or personalized items are typically not eligible for return unless defective.


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at [contact@zelion.in] or call +91 8976368333 within the return window.

  2. Provide your order details, reason for return, and any supporting images (in case of damage/defect).

  3. Once your return request is approved, we will share the return shipping instructions or arrange a pickup if applicable.

  4. Pack the item securely and ship it back to the address provided.

Note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, we may request your bank details to process the refund via NEFT or UPI.

  • Refunds may take additional time to reflect depending on your bank or payment provider.


4. Exchanges / Replacement

We only replace or exchange items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at contact@zelion.in with proof of issue within 3 days of delivery.

The new item will get delivered within 3 to 5 working days post your request approval.


5. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”


6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 day of placing them, provided they haven’t been processed or shipped.

  • To cancel an order, email us at support@zelion.in with your order number.

  • If the order has already been shipped, you may need to initiate a return instead.
